Leave and Vacation
- 91²Ö¿â provides administrators and 12-month employees (staff) with paid vacation benefits.
- All regular full-time and part-time employees are entitled to a specified amount of Paid Sick Leave each fiscal year.

- Employees may apply for grants each year to cover professional development expenses, including workshops, conferences, and coursework.

Tuition Remission, Daycare, and The Caring Place
- 91²Ö¿â offers a tuition remission benefit for all employees with children who have been admitted to and have enrolled at 91²Ö¿â.
- Morning and afternoon daycare is currently provided free of charge to employees with children enrolled at 91²Ö¿â.
- The Caring Place (TCP) is a full-day infant care center available for employee children starting at six weeks of age.
